Our manufacturing process is backed up by accompanying testing systems and a 100% final inspection of every finished product. We thoroughly test safety-related functions, electrical properties, and visual characteristics – with clearly traceable documentation of the results.
Traceable quality
All test results are archived. The specific retention period is product-specific, industry-dependent, and agreed upon individually with the customer.
Several assembly systems also have special gas testing equipment. Critical components are traced back to the exact batch, and worker guidance ensures consistent and repeatable testing procedures. We also carry out random checks of outgoing goods for quality assurance purposes.
