Manual and robot bonding

  • Joining glass ceramics, metal and plastic parts
  • Development of suitable processes: surface treatment, selection of bonding systems, applications, component joints
  • 2-component linear bonding system
  • Plasma system for surface activation in the bonding process
  • Application system for applying an immersion coating in the case of glass ceramics

Robot welding

  • State-of-the-art 8-axis WIG robot cell for welding parts up to 1250 x 1250 x 500 mm.
  • Processing thin sheet in the 0.6 to 3 mm range with stainless steel and non-ferrous metals for a wide variety of solutions with excellent design and quality

Surface technology

  • Possible types of finishing: grinding, polishing and powder coating
  • Laser marking and screen printing

Stamping and laser processing centre

  • Use of the latest stamping and laser processing machines
  • Processing of sheet metal up to a maximum size of 2500 x 1250 mm with material thickness up to max. 8 mm
  • Wide range of parts with challenging requirements for small to large series production with low tool costs
  • Standard contours, transformations or threads with punching head

Bending and forming

  • Fully automated bending cell

Stamping, pressing, deep drawing

  • Development and production of high quality tools in in-house toolmaking
  • Hydraulic presses with 100 to 500 t pressing force
  • Eccentric presses with 25 to 160 t
  • Belt conveyor system with 160 t eccentric press

Milling

  • In-house production of series parts with 3-axis vertical milling machine with short throughput time
  • Milling work performed in-house for toolmaking up to 2000 x 1000 mm

Cable and braid production

  • Order-related production of individual wires and wiring harnesses on two state-of-the-art braid production machines with integrated quality monitoring
  • Ultrasonic compaction technology: Wire processing from 0.26 to 6 mm², processing lengths from 55 to 10,000 mm
  • High quality, low cost in-house production
